Pink Stumps Day 2013 February 06 2013

Pink Stumps Day 2013 Cromer Cricket Club is again supporting the McGrath Foundation through running a Pink Stumps Day on Saturday 23rd February 2013 at Beverley Job oval at Narraweena. This is our 3rd year supporting the McGrath Foundation.

Our Pink Stumps Day last year was a great success with $1,460 raised for the McGrath Foundation. We are hoping to achieve a similar result this year.

Pink Stumps Day will be held at Beverley Job oval at Narraweena with 5 Junior teams and 1 Senior team playing at various times throughout the day.

We will also be looking to follow this up on Sunday 24th at Griffith Park Long Reef if our T20 side makes it to the Grand Final. Will let you know how that goes as we would also be looking for support at the Grand Final as well!

The theme for the day is pink with pink stumps on the field, pink hats, pink wicket keeper gloves and has always been well supported by both the junior and senior teams. Please see the photos from previous Pink Stumps Day events on our photos page.

The Club will be putting on a sausage sizzle and selling soft drinks and other goodies and collecting donations together with a raffle that will be drawn on the day.

For those that can’t make it to the ground on that day, we also have a donations page at

Please let your family and friends know of the day and get as many involved as we can!

Please see the attached flyer for more information on Pink Stumps Day and the McGrath Foundation.
