Cromer BBQs Play of the Day - Andrew Wyllie November 10 2012
Having posted 233, the BBQs were keen to have a breakthrough during the few overs they would have the opportunity to bowl at the Wakehurst Redbacks prior to stumps.
Andrew Wyllie set about making the task of survival as difficult as possible, and in his very first over managed to hurry one onto one of the opening batsmen, to bowl him via a deflection from his thigh guard.
The following Saturday, Andrew maintained an immaculate line and length for a sustained period and was justly rewarded with the remaining 4 wickets belonging to the Top 5 Redbacks batsmen.
His return of 5/48 off 19 overs further consolidated his position at the top of the Association wicket-takers list for 2nd Grade.
